The CombiFry fryer is equipped with oil filters that purify the oil as it circulates during the frying process. Multi-stage stainless steel filters continuously remove fine product details, allowing the operator to visually determine the degree of contamination of the filter and the need to clean it. The filter can be cleaned while the unit is still running, the oil filtration continues through the second double filter.

The intensive oil circulation between the heat exchanger and the product, as well as the precise temperature control, prevent the oil from overheating, keeping the beneficial properties of the product intact.
