Screw press for extracting honey from wax 100 kg/h

The honey screw press is a compact, stationary, continuous press designed for the swift and efficient separation of honey from wax (wax cappings) using the cold pressing method. Wax cappings refer to the residual material obtained by removing the top part of sealed honeycombs.

The installation enables the immediate separation of honey from wax. Its compact design makes it well-suited for use by small enterprises, farms and other facilities with a limited space.

Basic version and the operating principle

The installation allows for an instant separation of honey from wax. The squeezing process takes place inside a perforated cylinder, where a rotating screw press extracts the honey. The honey permeates through the perforated body and drains through the sieve situated beneath it. The remaining pressed wax is compacted by the screw press and expelled into the designated container. The resulting pressed wax is fully prepared for further melting.
