The vegetable cutter is intended for cutting various types of vegetables (carrots, parsley, celery, potatoes) into cubes, chips or slices, depending on the use of cutting accessories
By default, the unit is set to cut cubes with dimensions 5x5x5 or 10x10x10
Principle:
The raw material enters the rotor through a hopper, which moves the raw material to the circular knives and then to the cutting knives, which results in the formation of even cubes.
The device is made of stainless steel class AISI 304 in accordance with the PN standard (1.4301-DIN)
