The separator-cream separator PSS-1 is designed for continuous separation of whole milk into cream, skim milk, as well as the purification of milk.
The separation process is carried out at 40-45 ° C. The fat content in skim milk is up to 0.05%.
Opening and closing of the bowl for discharging the solids take place manually. The product is fed into the machine through a closed-line system. Double centripetal pumps likewise discharge the heavy and light phase in a closed system. The product connections can be designed according to DIN or ISO. The machine is driven by a 3-phase AC motor via a centrifugal clutch and a gear drive. The cast-iron frame and the motor are varnished. All parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel.
