Pasteurizer for jars
Pasteurization dipping tub is suitable for the heat treatment of packaged fruit preparations, (jams, fillings, hams) or fermented preparations (vinegar, beer) and pickles to preserve them, and to eliminate harmful microorganisms.
A batch pasteurizer for jars is used to pasteurize food products sealed in jars in small batches, ensuring safety and extending shelf life.
The packaging must be heat resistant as a glass or heat-resistant plastic bag. The heat treatment technology is heating and keeping the exact temperature values and the retention time are determined by the treated product.
The user needs to know that the equipment only warms the treatment water and keeps it at the set temperature. The pasteurization temperature and the retention time are selected by the user according to its own technology for the particular product.
