This homogenizer is capable of processing 10/60/100 liters of a liquid product in roughly 8 minutes depending on the consistency.

With its asynchronous engine, this mixer operates quietly and requires minimal maintenance. The cutting speed of the knives is 16m/s. It is capable of preparing whipped cream by blending milk and butter, vegetable fats are often used to extend the shelf life of cakes.

Additionally, the mixing machine comes equipped with a hook, made by our company, facilitating easy fitting for smoother lifting into the tank. Detailed instructions guide you through the homogenizer's usage. The mixing time for the 60-liter version, is about 8 minutes.

We also recommend using the homogenizer for the production of ice cream!
