Basic version
The basic version of the boiler is a single-layer tank made of food-grade stainless steel, inside which a mixing device equipped with Teflon scrapers is installed. Scrapers of the mixing device allow processing thick and viscous products, scrapers fit snugly to the bottom of the working space and prevent the product from burning during heat treatment. In the basic version, the boiler walls are single-layer. The upper body is equipped with a sectional opening hatch for loading ingredients and products. An outlet valve is installed at the bottom of the working tank to unload the product.
The kettle is made of polished food-grade stainless steel (internal surface - RA ≤ 1.6 µm). Manufactured in the EU to high safety standards.
On the lid of the kettle, depending on the model, there is a sensor for switching off the agitator when the hatch is opened, or a safety grid that prevents the operator from possible contact with the rotating elements of the agitator.
When using and processing highly viscous products, the boiler can be retrofitted with a reinforced agitator drive (reducer motor).
Operating principle
The cooking kettle is made of high quality stainless steel, which ensures a long service life and resistance to corrosion. Robust construction and reliable components guarantee stable operation and minimal maintenance costs.
The cooking kettle is equipped with a mixing device - its operation allows you to constantly mix, mix the product during cooking, in order to avoid burning the product at the bottom of the kettle, as well as to ensure uniform heat transfer and distribution of heat in the product during processing.
Heating can be carried out by contact heating from an external source up to a maximum of 220°C. The heating source is an electric stove, offered as an additional option.
The kettle offers various operating modes such as boiling, tempering, boiling down, concentrating and much more, which in turn allows you to prepare a variety of sauces, jams, syrups and other liquid pasty products with different textures and tastes.
Ease of operation makes the use of the kettle convenient and efficient in the production process.
