The digitally controlled continuous conveyor system ensures the frying of a wide range of products at a consistent level. Thanks to the possibilities of deep frying, this model is suitable for a wide range of products from spring rolls, onion bhajis and falafel to fish fingers, burgers and chicken nuggets. The fryer is available in widths of 200, 300, 400 and 600 mm.

This is a fryer with electric heating - the heating elements are directly immersed in an insulated frying tank to achieve the most efficient heat transfer.

Thanks to this method, heat transfer (97 - 99%) is performed directly into the oil so as not to reduce the quality of the fried medium.

The system runs on three-phase power supply and is easily controlled from the central control panel.

The product passes between the lower conveyor and the adjustable hold down conveyor (supplied as standard), ensuring continuous immersion in cooking oil throughout the frying process.

Processing time and temperature are fully adjustable, allowing the manufacturer to set the appearance and level of preparation of each individual product. Together with the oil level detection and the automatic low-level shut-off system, and the hinged element enclosures, it offers a safe and easy-to-maintain solution to your frying requirements.

Accessories

1. Sediment removal system

An independent scraper system on the bottom of the fryer tank that removes submerged sediment and carbonized pieces from the oil.

2. Inline filtration system

the system follows the sediment removal system - it contains two stainless steel filter baskets. It removes fine particles from the oil while the fryer is running and ensures that the oil is kept clean.

5. Heating elements

The power of the heating elements is 2.4 to 2.8 watts per cm2. The oil is preheated less aggressively and thanks to this we prevent carbonization and significantly reduce oil degradation.
