Atmospheric electric fryer with excess oil removal system.

 A feature of the unit is the ability to remove oil residues from the product, obtaining a dry product at the outlet. To do this, a special system is used that unwinds the basket with the product after draining the oil and, due to the centrifugal force, drops of oil located on the surface of the product are sprayed onto the walls of the working container and drain through the drain hole into the container for storing and heating the oil.
