Vacuum homogenizer is highly efficient and reliable solution for the production of a wide range of food products such as mayonnaise, ketchup and various sauces, confectionery pastes and fillings, condensed milk, jams, marmalades and preserves and similar liquid or paste products with a homogeneous structure. 

VMG vacuum homogenizer performs the following processes with maximum efficiency:

  • A modular design that allows you to select the optimal assembly for any kind of production without paying extra for unnecessary options.

  • High efficiency of the homogenization process - the heart of the device - a strong and reliable rotor-stator type homogenizer with different tooth shapes for producing products with different properties.
  • Ingredients are added through the vacuum chamber of the homogenizer mixer to provide virtually immediate wetting, even distribution, and dissolution throughout the product and without lumps. 
  • The optimal design of the conical working chamber ensures uniform mixing of the product. Slow speed agitator with top feed is equipped with scrapers that effectively clean the vessel walls for maximum heat exchange. The product is heated uniformly without overheating or burning.
  • The special shaped jacket for heating / cooling makes it possible to use a high pressure heat transfer medium to significantly improve proficiency of heat exchange and minimize the time required to process one batch of product.
  • An efficient vacuum system guarantees high-quality deaeration of the product, which significantly improves the taste, consistency and durability.
  • The unloading of the finished product takes place by means of a homogenizer which functions as a pump and no additional pump is required. In the case of strict requirements for the degree of homogenization and minimum particle size, the apparatus is equipped with a homogenizer with a weaker pump function but with intensified grinding and homogenization processes. The unloading of the product is then carried out in this case by means of an additional pump.
  • The working volume depends on the properties of the product from 20 to 80% of the total volume. The device guarantees a consistently high finished product quality and batch reproducibility.

The modular design allows you to select the optimal set of properties for each application

  • The working vessel may be with or without a heated jacket, with thermal insulation or as a single jacket.
  • Heating by direct injection of steam into the product is the basic type of heating or as a supplement to the heating through the jacket.
  • Different form of homogenization unit, possibility of its exchange when switching to another kind of product.
  • One or two recirculation circuits (in vessel + external recirculation circuit)
  • Top slow-speed stirrer in VMG S 650 M model, and  VMG S 650 M with a special "saw type" stirrer 
  • Any number of additional funnels and ingredients loading units
  • Possibility of automatic dosing of ingredients
  • Any source of heating
  • Different material for parts in contact with the product and parts not in contact with the product. AISI 304 stainless steel is used in the basic version, AISI 316L or AISI 316Ti can be used on request.
