The pasteurizer is a thermally insulated stainless steel container with built-in electric spirals, in somecase the heating source can be external. The pasteurization of the product takes place according to predetermined conditions - temperature and time - you can put the products in the basket (which is not part of the delivery of the pasteurizer) or put the product directly in crates. During pasteurization, the product is poured with water
