The modular design allows you to disassemble individual parts without any difficulty, which makes cleaning the machine very easy. All parts are made of stainless steel. A specially designed system with a snap allows you to flip the donuts for frying on both sides.
Donut fryers contain a flip-up lid and an oil drain valve. Optionally, the fryers can be supplied with an oil filter with a paper inlet and a tank with an oil pump.

HOW IT WORKS
- Pressing on the wide shelf of the loading tray we lower the donuts into the frying pan with oil
- When the first side of the doughnuts is fried, we lift the tipper with the lifting lever and change the position of the tipping channels
- After frying both sides of the donuts, use the lever to lift the tipper from the oil and then put it on an overflowing plate, where the donut can be filled with marmalade.
