The ICH feed conveyor consists of a hopper, the size of which is determined by the product and the necessary outlet and inclined conveyor, which ensures that the product is raised and evenly transported to the site for further processing. The volume of the hopper, the width of the conveyor, the angle of inclination, the required length and size of the edges are determined individually according to the customer's requirements. The speed of the conveyor belt can optionally be controlled by a frequency converter.
The material from which the conveyor belt is made depends on the type of product (loose, sticky, with or without packaging) and other factors. All parts except the conveyor belt are made of AISI 304 stainless steel for the food industry. The ICH conveyor can be manufactured in fixed or mobile versions.
