Designed for catering industry, school kitchens, restaurant kitchens or food industry. Innovative design of cooking equipment, a cylindrical external frame with round cooking tank. It’s designed to be positioned in passageways or in limited spaces where sharp edges or corners that may create some problems, allow to work comfortably around it.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Tank is manufactured containing standardized dimensions and accessories, or according to individual customer requirements. Standardly it is equipped with two separate cooling zones – duplicators, outside jacket and PUR isolation. All stainless steel and pressure vessels from our production have PED certification and follow all EU standards. Range of our production is from 100 liters up to 20 000 liters vessels.
The mixing blades can be customized to be fitted for different types of product to be processed and they are easily removable.
