Evaporator for Turkish Delights refers to the vacuum evaporation equipment of periodic action with electric heating for processing (mixing, dissolving, boiling, cooking, concentrating) products of different viscosities, equipped with a built-in condenser, a specially formed agitator, a discharge device and an additional condensate collection tank.
The mixing device is an enhanced agitator developed specifically to mix high-viscosity products that tend to stick. The stirrer is double-sided and is equipped with a teflon scraper. It mixes the product during the cooking process, and it helps to unload the finished product when switched to reverse rotation. It is intended for the food industry.
