Choosing this equipment you will receive a complete system with an inline pump, expansion tank, heating element, panel of safety elements and an electric control panel.

If the customer decides to add a module with an ice bank for the cooling procedure, additionally two PLC of three way valves must be added for an additional fee. Here is a simple manual on how you can choose the suitable equipment model for your production.

Example for time for heating of 100 lit tank with heating element 12 kW: 

  • From 4  °C to 65 °C (for example simple milk pasteurization) is time approximately 30 -35 minutes
  • From 4  °C to 95 °C (high pasteurization) is time approximately 30 -35 minutes

Example for time for heating of 200 lit tank with heating element 12 kW:

  • From 35  °C to 65 °C (for example simple milk pasteurization) is time approximately 50 minutes
  • From 35  °C to 95 °C (high pasteurization) is time approximately 105 minutes

Example for time for heating of 300 lit tank with heating element 12 kW:

  • From 35  °C to 65 °C (for example simple milk pasteurization) is time approximately 65 minutes
  • From 35  °C to 95 °C (high pasteurization) is time approximately 135 minutes

Example for time for heating of 200 lit tank with heating element 24 kW:

  • From 30  °C to 80 °C (high pasteurization) is time approximately 45 minutes

Example for time for heating of 300 lit tank with heating element 24 kW:

  • From 30  °C to 80 °C (high pasteurization) is time approximately 65 minutes
