Falafel is popular Middle Eastern cuisine, a type of deep-fried patty or ball made from ground chickpeas and/or fava beans, onions and spices. The name derives from the Arabic word “FalÄfil†stands for small pepper, rollers or little balls; others believe it may have a Coptic origin “pha la phel†(Φα Λα Φελ) meaning “of many beansâ€.

We can offer you the solution of compact falafel production line that includes all the necessary equipment such as a cooker, mixer, former as well as an oven or fryer for frying them in oil. We've also designed a mini falafel production line that can be used in hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, street food shops and for small manufactures. 

Oven's features:

The oven is equipped with a combination of heating systems. Top heating is carried out using infrared radiators, that located above the conveyor belt, and the bottom - with electrical elements. The combination of the heating systems allows achieving maximum efficiency and uniformity of roasting. Thanks to uniform of heating the final product has perfect quality, taste and smell.

The oven is applicable in hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, places of high traffic and other dedicated production facilities.
