Operating principle
The machine is designed to cut vegetables into cubes, strips or slices. Cutting is carried out by rotating the product using centrifugal force and fixed cutting knives. As a result, an even cut of the product is ensured. Thanks to a wide range of knives and their combination from 3 to 25 mm, it is possible to prepare different sizes of the final product - 3x3x3, 5x5x5, 25x25x25, as well as 5x10x15 mm, etc.
Vegetables and fruits are manually fed into the loading hopper. Then the pieces are unloaded through the outlet funnel into the receiving hopper. The outlet funnel is located at a height of 38 cm above the surface of the cutting machine. The unit is equipped with wheels for convenient and easy movement in the working area.
