Principle of operation
The product is passed through the loading opening, the screw blades are raised and the product is mixed. It moves horizontally or diagonally to the surface. Also available on height-adjustable loading frame.
Construction of the device The screw conveyor is a stainless steel tube with inlet and outlet. There is a work piece in the tube made in the form of a hollow shaft with a screw. The screw conveyor is a hollow shaft with the screw with a variable distance 75 to 150 mm. The drive is secured by an electric motor with a gearbox.
How it works
The screw conveyor is a tubular-type screw conveyor, its function is based on the conveying effect of the screw that rotates inside the pipe. The conveyor is equipped with electric heating and temperature sensor.
