In response to customer requests, we have developed and implemented new, reinforced scrapers for our cooking kettle with a mixer, specifically designed for thick and viscous products like sugaring paste.
We conducted a test of the kettle using these reinforced scrapers and successfully produced sugar paste. Additionally, we heated the product up to very high temperatures to assess the durability of the new scrapers and to evaluate their performance under challenging working conditions.
