We have posted a new video on our YouTube channel, recorded during an equipment test conducted for our customers. As part of the evaporation test to produce carob syrup, we soaked and dried chopped carob pods — the edible seed pods of the carob tree, often used in southern cuisines as a natural sweetener or cocoa substitute. After soaking for 24 hours, we placed the product in a dryer and dried it for several hours until completely dry.
In the video, we show the initial state of the product after soaking, followed by the final dried result.

The industrial condensation drying cabinet ensures uniform and intensive drying of products, reducing processing time by 30–50% compared to traditional drying methods.
Drying in a cabinet dryer preserves most of the nutrients, natural color, and aroma of the products.
Its energy-efficient design reduces operating costs, making the drying process cost-effective for large-scale production.
