We have recently completed the production of new honey homogenizers designed for processing batches of approximately 500 kg and 1000 kg of honey. These units are equipped with a vertically mounted auger screw installed at a slight angle, which ensures uniform mixing across the entire volume and significantly simplifies unloading.
Honey homogenization is commonly used to control and stabilize crystallization, transforming honey into a smooth and consistent structure suitable for further processing, packaging, or creaming. Controlled mechanical homogenization helps distribute existing crystals evenly, preventing uncontrolled grain growth and improving texture stability during storage.
The angled screw design promotes continuous product movement from bottom to top, eliminating stagnant zones and reducing manual intervention during discharge. The vessels are mounted on mobile frames, allowing flexible positioning within the production area and easy integration into existing processing lines.
These homogenizers are suitable for creamed honey production, blending different honey types or adding favors, and preparing honey for filling or further thermal processing.
