The capper is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises when it is necessary to close a larger number of lids. Lids tightened with the same force and at the same pace according to the machine settings.
The pneumatic motor can be manually adjusted up to 11 Nm according to the torque required to close the lid. The height of the closing head can be adjusted manually with a wheel, further height adjustment can be set in a system that holds the pneumatic piston. Thanks to this method, the machine is very versatile and can close bottles up to 350 mm high.
