Semi automatic packaging machine for filling and capping jars.
Capping and filling equipment for jars and bottles have a twist off cap, is semiautomatic, air driven and designed for filling and capping jars or other containers with liquid or semi liquid goods.
The machine uses volumetric piston filler. All the parts that are in contact with the produced goods are constructed with AISI 316L stainless steel and food grade gaskets. Pneumatic motor with torque regulation tightens the cap.

This model is able to fill viscous goods consisting of soft granular particles and it is also applicable for hot filling up to 90°C.
