The big bag discharge station is designed for the systematic emptying of big bags up to 1500 kg with bulk products.
The big bag discharge station or big bag hopper consists of a lower station stand, upper exchange frame (BIG_BAG holder) emptying neck that is used for emptying loose non-abrasive materials. The design of the machine ensures dust-free emptying.
The big bag unloading station is equipped with height-adjustable handles that allow adapting the machine to various sizes of big bags up to 1500 kg. The big bag is attached to the station on four hooks for good stabilization of its upper part, which is adapted for transport by forklift or front loader.
The machine provides coherent product flow, decreases product waste and provides a safe work environment.
