Capping and filling equipment for jars and bottles have a twist off cap, is semiautomatic, air driven and designed for filling and capping jars or other containers with liquid or semi liquid goods.

The machine uses volumetric piston filler. All the parts that are in contact with the produced goods are constructed with AISI 316L stainless steel and food grade gaskets. Pneumatic motor with torque regulation tightens the cap.

  • 5 to 250 ml
  • 5 to 380 ml
  • 20 to 680 ml
  • 50 to 1300 ml

This model is able to fill viscous goods consisting of soft granular particules and it is also applicable for hot flling up to 90°C.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • The equipment main frame is constructed out of stainless steel AISI 304, on wheels
  • Every part and shaft on the machine, that gets in contact with the product is also constructed out of stainless steel AISI 304

VOLUMETRIC FILLING EQUIPMENT CONSISTS OF:

  • 1 volumetric dosing unit

SINGLE HEAD capping equipment consists of:

  • 1 pneumatic motor
  • 1 twist off caphose tail for connecting the machine to the product storage tank
  • Manual control of the machine height
