The Bag in Box Filler is designed for filling hot and cold liquids into Bags in Boxes and for Stand Up Pouch packaging.

The machine fills the bags up automatically.

The Bag in Box filling machine is ideal for filling various liquids, including:

juices	wine	milk
broths	oils	soap

The machine fills the bags up automatically. Simply insert the bag or packaging into the Bag in Box filler and pull the handle. After filling the bag with the product, return the filling handle to its original position and close the package.

Capacity – 250 pcs. bags 3 L/hour

Fills Bag in Box bags with a volume of 1–30 l, Stand up Pouch bags with a volume of 0.75–5 l.
Suitable for both hot and cold filling.
The machine fills Bag in Box and Stand up Pouch packages using a tap.
The filler may have an additional removable buffer tank for hot filling. It conveniently attaches to the side of the machine for better inspection and easier cleaning. The buffer tank also reduces liquid foaming during the hot filling process.
There is a built-in liquid level regulator inside the buffer tank to regulate the overflow and liquid level in the tank. The buffer tank is also connected to our pasteurizer.
The volume repeatability error is only ±0.5%.
The filler pre-vacuums bags and pouches before filling.
Comes with a touch panel and a multilingual menu.
The easily adjustable filling table allows you to easily fill Bag in Box and Stand up Pouch bags of varying sizes.
The working surface of the table consists of conveyor rollers, which are easy to clean and facilitate the smooth sliding of bags and packages.
The filler can be easily cleaned after use with the help of external and CIP washing.
