• The dispenser is equipped with its own upper storage tank made of stainless steel with a volume of 26 liters. Using a piston, the dosing dispenser dispenses a portion from the tank, eliminating the need to pressurize the product during dispensing. The dosing head is fitted with a blunt needle with an internal diameter of 7.6 mm and a length of 32 mm.
• High dosing accuracy, maximum dosing error: +/- 1 - 2% depending on the portion volume/dose.
• The volume of the dose is controlled by two electromagnetic sensors. Sensors determine the position of the piston. One of them is fixed at the beginning of the piston, the other one can move along the length of the piston to adjust the range of the pistons motion and therefore the amount of product drawn in and deposited.
• The dispenser offers two operating modes: manual and automatic. In manual mode, the operator sets the dosage volume and dispenses portions using the filling machine's pedal. In automatic mode, doses are continuously dispensed based on the movement of the piston.
• Suitable for products with a high degree of viscosity.

It consists of a table-top supporting structure with a pneumatic piston, dosing needle, foot control pedal and a feeding hopper.

Principle of operation

The dispenser operates on the principle of two one-way valves and a piston positioned between them. The piston pushes the liquid forward in one direction and draws the dispensed liquid through a tube from the upper reservoir upon its return. When the product is pushed out, the outlet valve in the filling head is simultaneously pneumatically opened. This is controlled by an electromagnetic pneumatic switch inside the device, allowing the supply of compressed air to the main piston and valve. In one direction, it pushes the piston, opening the valve, and in the other direction, it pushes the piston, closing the valve (T-hub).

When using the automatic mode, it is recommended to install a built-in conveyor belt under the filler.
