Universal belt conveyor
Variable belt conveyor with wide use not only in the food industry. The length of the conveyor can be selected from 2 to 6 m. The width of the belt is 200 and 400 mm.
The conveyor is ideal for transporting various bulk materials as well as transporting fruits and vegetables. The advantage of the device is easy disassembly for eventual storage.
The conveyor construction is galvanized. The belt is depending on the design classic PVC or PVC with cleates with a height of 30 mm. The conveyor is driven by a single-phase electric motor with a worm gear and an output of 0.75 KW. The control is START / STOP.
The machine is delivered disassembled. The average assembly time is about 1 hour.
Conveyor weight is approx. 80-100 kg (according to length and width variants)
The conveyor can be mounted in three ways (the specific choice of mounting method must be specified when ordering). The stands are height adjustable.
- The conveyor supplied with the front stand allows you to set the height of one side of the conveyor to 1000 mm
- Stand extension (allows to use the conveyor at a higher angle) height 2000 mm
- Stand variant, where the stand is used in the front and rear of the conveyor
For bulk products, it is possible to offer a conveyor variant with sidewalls
