CAC cooling conveyors effectively reduce product temperature (in most cases in seconds) to stop product's cooking. The product is cooled to a temperature suitable for packaging. It is intended for pre-cooling after cooking or frying vegetables and fruits, meat, fish and seafood and other products coated breadcrumbs or without.

The design of the cooling conveyors ensures optimum air distribution across the conveyor belt. A high performance industrial fan with power control is located at the bottom of the conveyor. Using the frequency converter, it is possible to regulate the speed of the belt and thereby influence the cooling time.
The design of the cooling conveyor is constructed to make maintenance and inspection as simple as possible. High efficiency minimizes energy costs. The conveyor can be easily integrated into any production line. The CAC cooling conveyor is made of high quality AISI304 / AISI316L stainless steel food grade PVC and stainless steel belt.Â
In order to remove excess oil, water, small particles and starch, it is recommended that the air conveyor be filled with an air knife section.
