The professional cooking vat is designed for dairy products processing. The machine can be used by farms and small dairy factories.

The cylindrical cooker is provided with a triple wall with insulation, jacket for water forced circulation, electric bain-marie heating system with heating elements, and water cooling system with water to lose and electro valve.

The cooking kettle is equipped with:

  • Agitator with a removable triple-blade, rapid connection, direct/alternating switch and gear motor with a low number of revolutions
  • Internal descaling system to protect the double-wall frame
  • side drain with stainless steel butterfly valve DN 65
  • Control panel provided with no.10 different programs (possibility to select multiple-step thermal phases), automatic cycle functioning, and programming functions
