This tabletop electric milk pasteurizer is designed for controlled thermal processing of milk and dairy products in small and medium-sized dairy processing factories. It is equipped with a built-in heating system, an electric mixer, and a hygienic release valve, ensuring uniform, slow pasteurization of milk at approximately 60-65°C for usually around 30 minutes. This mode is ideal for cheesemaking at home or in small-scale production facilities.

This compact pasteurizer is designed for the efficient pasteurization of raw milk and dairy products that require controlled heating and uniform heat distribution. The integrated water heating system in the jacket ensures stable and uniform heat treatment, the agitator provides continuous mixing for intensive heat distribution throughout the product. The agitator is mounted directly on the lid of the unit and can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. Continuous mixing improves the heat distribution and temperature uniformity within the product, ensuring consistent processing quality.
The lid with the agitator is secured to the working tank with two stainless steel hooks attached to the tank handles, and secured with two hand-tightened screws. This ensures quick installation and easy removal for cleaning and maintenance without the need for special tools. The lid is equipped with a sectional opening hatch for adding ingredients and monitoring the process. A stainless steel protective grid is installed under the top lid, preventing possible operator contact with moving parts or the entry of foreign objects. An optional electric lid opening sensor can be installed instead of the grid, stopping the mixer when the lid is opened for operator safety.
A hygienic discharge valve ensures complete and hygienic product discharge, minimizing product loss and simplifying cleaning between batches. The compact design makes the unit suitable for countertop installation, offering a convenient milk pasteurization solution for large kitchens, farms and small production facilities.
