Fruit destoner pulper for making fruit puree with universal use for many different fruit and vegetables
The destoning machine is used for pitting fruit (plums, cherries, sour cherries, choke-berries, apricots, peaches) for the production of quality spirits. Suitable for making jams, juices, mashing cooked fruits and vegetables, production of tomato sauce etc.
Various optional screens 
Option of replacing various screens with perforations of different sizes from 1.5 to 12mm, which also affects the capacity, ranging from 300 to 500kg per hour. The product can be customized to your needs.

Multiple processing
The destemmer is suitable for small productions. The machine makes a complete separation of the pulp from the inner stone and at the same time exerts a crushing of the fruit, creating a final product suitable for fermentation, fruit juices (making multiple processing) and jams.
How the destoner works
The fruit is filled into the feeding funnel manually, or with a washing elevator. Via the driven intake screw, the fruit is continuously conveyed into the rotor chamber. The specially aligned rotor blades hurl the fruit against the internal wall of the sieve, while an ideal conversation of the cores is guaranteed. The flesh of the fruit is pressed against the holes of the sieve. The core remains in the rotor chamber and is tangentially discharged at the rear end wall of the machine, after all fruit flesh has been thoroughly removed. Â
