Advantages

• Fast, efficient, and continuous pitting with minimal fruit damage. Special cross-shaped punches create a minimal puncture, through which the pit is released. Synchronized movement of the drum and punches allows the unit to operate at high speeds, ensuring high productivity in a compact size.
• The inclined feed chute, with its adjustable loading angle of up to 70°, allows for customization of the loading volume to suit different ripeness levels and fruit sizes.
• Automatic fraction separation. The machine separates the product based on different trajectories. The pits are pushed through a hole in the bottom of the well and fall into an internal chute, discharged into a side container. The pulp remains in the cell, undergoes another quarter revolution of the drum, and falls under its own weight into the receiving chute for clean products.
• Unlike manual removal, where 20-30% of the berries turn into mush, the pitting machine preserves the cherry's shape, which is important for confectionery, cake decorations, the production of maraschino cherries, and much more. It includes a transparent lid for process monitoring and safe operation.
• Height-adjustable legs for flexible placement on the work surface.

The machine operates by mechanically ejecting the pits while the drum continuously rotates. The berries are fed along an inclined chute, the angle of which (up to 70°) regulates the feed speed, and are automatically distributed among 60 cells of the rotating shaft. At the top of the drum, a special pressure system (punches) knocks the pits out of the fruit, after which the cleaned pulp and pits are directed into different outlet channels. The entire process is fully automated, eliminating the need for subsequent manual sorting.

Basic Version

The body and frame are made of high-quality stainless steel. The unit is resistant to aggressive fruit acids, easy to clean, and complies with food industry sanitary standards. The machine is equipped with height-adjustable legs, allowing it to be perfectly leveled on uneven floors or integrated into an existing production line to accommodate the height of your conveyors or containers. The professional 200 mm diameter drum is the core of the machine, it features 60 perforations (10 rows of 6 holes) that ensure accurate placement of each cherry. Above the drum, a punching system is synchronized with the rotation of the shaft which accurately ejects the pit with each cycle. The adjustable loading chute is equipped with screw locks that allow for tilt adjustments up to 70°. This allows you to manually adjust the feed speed of the raw material depending on its variety, size, and condition. The basic version is equipped with a reliable 0.18 kW European-made electric motor, ensuring stable, continuous operation. It includes a transparent top protective cover made of plexiglass which protects the operator from moving parts and juice splashes, while allowing visual monitoring of the pitting process in real time. The design includes independent outlets for finished products and pits. At the exit, you receive cleaned berries in one container and separated waste in another, eliminating the need for manual sorting.
