The fruit destemming machine eliminates seeds and kernels from the fruit's core, preparing it for subsequent processing.
The fruit destoning machine is suitable for removing seeds from fruits such as apples, pears, apricots, nectarines, cherries, plums, peaches, berries and other fruit that have a solid core.
The chopped fruit can be delivered to a container, a pasteurizer, a jam extractor, suitable for use with a screw pump or a collector.
SIEVE SIZES:
The sizes of the sieves depends on the size and the type of the fruit:
- 0,8 mm – strawberry, raspberry, red currant, etc.
- 1,5 mm – bigger berries
- 3,0 mm – apple, pear, quince
- 5,0 mm – cherry, sour cherry
- 8,0 mm – apricot, plum
- 10 mm – peach
