The diffuser is ideal for the application of salt and sugar solutions, enzyme, vitamins and anti-oxidants, as it ensures even distribution of even small amounts of ingredients among the total product volume.

The addition of additives takes place under constant stirring, which allows uniform distribution to the entire volume of the product even under vacuum conditions. In contrast to traditional coating, the additive does not only remain on the surface of the product but penetrates deep into the pores, significantly enhancing the taste and aromatic properties of the product.

Vacuum coating machine - HOW IT WORKS

The dry product is poured into the chamber. Vacuum is applied, air is removed from chamber. After removal of the air by continuous mixing, an additive is introduced into the vacuum chamber and uniformly mixed throughout the product volume. After the required amount of additive has been applied, the vacuum causes the additive present on the outer surface of the product being pressed inward, filling the pores that were previously filled with air.

Absence of mixing device. Thanks to the special design, the product is mixed by rotating the drum, without agitator - as in conventional coating machines. This makes it possible to increase the mixing uniformity and prevent damage to the product, including brittle granules. Addition of additive during mixing. Even distribution of even a small amount of the substance to the whole product volume. Adjustable vacuum pressure. Allows you to select the optimum mode for any product. Economical. With the correct dosage, there are no additive losses (especially important for expensive vitamins and similar additives) and no drying of the product is necessary. Comfortable use. If required, the VC diffuser - vacuum coating machine can be equipped with a heating system, a product dosing system at loading, an additive feed system from a tank, an automatic control system with programmable recipes for various product types.
