Keg washing and filling machine used for washing and filling kegs and barrels for beer, cider, wine and other beverages.
A manual filling machine made out of stainless steel (AISI 304) designed to clean and fill kegs and barrels with volumes of 15 to 50 liters.
The equipment features a sanitizing solution tank, heating spirals, a pump, and a control panel for both pump and temperature control.

The machine works in the following steps:
- Emptying beer
- Barrel depressurization
- Rinsing the barrel with cold water
- Flushing the barrel with a disinfectant solution
- Flushing the barrel with cold water
- Sterilization inside the barrel using steam (requires an external steam source)
- Filling the CO2 container
- Filling the barrel with beer. All cycles (1-8) are handled manually
