The device is used to apply different types of batter or marinades for many types of meat, fish, ethnic and vegetable products.

The device is available in various widths: 200, 300, 400 and 600 mm. The machine can be used on all types of batter or marinades with different viscosities. The system consists of a variable speed conveyor and a dough application system to completely cover the product. This dough is recirculated from the dough tank through the filter basket and back by means of a centrifugal pump located below the dough tank. Any excess dough from the product is removed with a variable pressure air knife

A batter mixer can be offered with the appliance.
