The blancher is prelimenary intended for blanching lumpy products such as mushrooms, vegetables, etc.

Suitable products: 

  • fruit and vegetables

  • seafood

The water is heated with the heating elements, place the product in the basket and heat to the desired temperature. The temperature control is fully automatic. The system turns off automatically, when the set temperature is reached. Operation is manual. Requires minimal maintenance.

The temperature and the retention time are selected by the user according to its own technology for the particular product.
