The universal 300 L homogenizer is designed for intensive mixing, dispersion, and homogenization of liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous food products. The system is equipped with a powerful 11 kW internal rotor-stator homogenizer that creates strong internal product circulation directly inside the vessel, eliminating the need for external recirculation loops and significantly improving processing efficiency.

  • Powerful 11 kW rotor-stator homogenizing system
  • Special system for internal circulation of the product
  • Inclined vessel design for gravity mixing and improved discharge
  • External jacket for supplying hot / cold water for thermal processing
  • Plexiglass inspection hatch with a safety sensor

The atmospheric homogenizer with an inclined working vessel is designed for efficient dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization of food products to achieve a smooth and stable structure.

In conventional systems, the product must be pumped through external pipelines for recirculation, this homogenizer integrates a high-shear rotor-stator unit directly inside the vessel. This configuration creates strong internal circulation of the product mass, allowing continuous processing directly inside the working chamber.

The internal homogenizer drive with 11 kW power generates high shear forces that break down particles, disperse ingredients, and create stable emulsions. Because the homogenizing device is installed inside the tank, the processed material repeatedly passes through the rotor-stator zone without losses associated with external piping, pumps, or dead zones.

The homogenizer is based on an inclined reactor design. This geometry improves product movement during processing and significantly simplifies unloading of thick or viscous products after homogenization. Gravity mixing can be up to 25-50 % more efficient than regular mixing.

The vessel is equipped with a heat transfer jacket (duplicator) allowing controlled thermal processing of the product by supplying hot or cold water from an optional external thermal source if it's necessary for the recipe. Heat transfer is provided by hot water circulating in the jacket, enabling indirect gentle thermal treatment together with intensive homogenization.

A plexiglass inspection hatch allows operators to visually monitor the process, with a safety sensor that stops the rotating elements when the lid is opened.

The homogenizer is suitable for producing a wide range of stable food emulsions with finely dispersed structures.

Typical applications include:

  • sauces and dressings
  • vegetable purees
  • fruit preparations
  • cream soups
  • spreads and pastes
  • honey processing
  • confectionery fillings
  • emulsified food products
  • plant-based sauces and dips

Advantages

  • Powerful internal rotor-stator homogenizer with a 11 kW drive
  • Internal product circulation without external piping or pumps
  • High shear forces for efficient dispersion and emulsification
  • Inclined vessel design allows gravity mixing and improves discharge
  • Heating / cooling jacket for controlled thermal processing
  • No stagnant zones inside the working chamber
  • Smooth speed regulation of the homogenizer drive via a frequency converter
  • Plexiglass inspection hatch for visual process monitoring
  • Safety sensor that stops operation when the hatch is opened
  • Compact hygienic design suitable for industrial food production

Basic version

The homogenizer consists of an atmospheric inclined reactor mounted on a supporting stainless steel frame structure. The unit is equipped with an internal rotor-stator homogenizing system with an 11 kW drive and a 0,75 kW mixer, a heating jacket surrounding the bottom and walls of the vessel, a sectional opening hatch with a plexiglass inspection window, and a safety sensor that stops the rotating elements when the lid is opened.

The installation includes a control panel mounted on the frame and a temperature sensor located at the bottom of the vessel for monitoring the product temperature during processing.

Principle of operation

Raw materials are loaded into the working vessel through the upper hatch. The rotor-stator homogenizer creates an intensive shear zone where the product is continuously drawn into the rotor and forced through the stator openings.

This action breaks down particles, disperses ingredients, and forms a homogeneous mixture. Because the homogenizer is positioned inside the vessel, the processed product circulates repeatedly through the high-shear zone, ensuring consistent processing without the need for external recirculation loops.

The heating jacket allows the product to be gently heated or cooled during processing if it's required for the recipe. After homogenization, the finished product is discharged from the vessel for further processing or packaging.
