Construction
The cooker components in contact with food products and the brewing tank are made of stainless steel acid resistant 1.4301 The boiling tank is constructed in such a way that its inner jacket is the brewing part, while the outer mantle in the upper part creates the heating. Steam generator tank at the bottom.Â
Temperature control
- Temperature controller regulates the intensity of heating depending on the temperature set.
- Temperature sensor is p laced on the brewing tank.
- Safety valve protects the boiler against excessive pressure increase in heater.
