It’s possible to customize the polyvalent configuration according to the auxiliary systems present in the dairy (heating/ cooling system) as well as according to the dairy product being made. The gas cooking vat with methane is insulated, provided witha furnace, tripple wall, bain marie system, electronic piezoelectric ignition, gas regulation with electro valve controlled by an electronic panel with simple thermostat, manual adjustment of time and temperature, manual cooling with water to lose. Also includes a simple agitator and a lid.
