The essence is that the juice flowing through the spiral tube quickly heats it to the prescribed temperature of 80 ° C, and after the bottling, it is cooled again as quickly as possible in order to preserve the natural taste and as much nutrients as possible.

Various juices can be pasteurized, thereby preserving their taste. The juice pasteurizer consists of a digital thermostat which helps us to regulate the water, the taps through which we regulate the flow of the juice, a pipe intended for pouring and controlling the temperature of the juice at the exit.
HOW IT WORKS
Product should be warmed to a temperature of 75 to 75 degrees (depending on the juice we pasteurized). In the spiral tube, the juice will be warmed to the desired temperature. After the heating it is quickly cooled. This will preserve the natural taste and most of the nutrients. The product can be adapted to your desires.
