The new design of the universal cutter with gravity mixing is used for the production of thick and pasty products. The cutter is designed to carry out production processes such as cutting, mixing, crushing and emulsifying of various types of products to a liquid state. Thanks to the built-in duplicator, it can also be used as a device for the production of cream honey or cream honey soufflé.

The atmospheric cutter-mixer with an inclined design can be used not only for mixing and grinding, but also for parallel heat treatment of products: cooking, cooling, pasteurization, followed by grinding to a cream/paste state. A special feature of the installation is a powerful electric drive for cutter knives and a frame mixing device, which is necessary when processing and manufacturing thick and viscous products.

Advantages:
- A characteristic feature of the new series of cutters is gravity mixing, which is 20-25% more efficient than conventional mixing! The inclined design also makes it easier to unload the product after processing, where gravity is added to the centrifugal force of the mixing device!

Basic version
It consists of an atmospheric inclined reactor mounted on a supporting structure. The container is equipped with a special frame mixer with Teflon scrapers for thick and viscous products, cutter knives, a heating/cooling jacket, a safety grill for loading raw materials during operation, a sectional opening hatch with a sensor for turning off the operation of the mixing device and the cutters knives when the lid is opened, a control panel, and a temperature sensor is installed at the bottom of the installation to measure and control the temperature of the product.
Principle of operation
This installation has a wide range of possibilities thanks to its heating/cooling “jacketâ€. It allows not only for grinding and mixing, but also heat treatment of the crushed ingredients, for example, cooling of heat-sensitive products, or, conversely, heating or cooking the crushed raw materials directly in the cutter after grinding. Cutting knives grind and chop, while a special frame mixer stirs and mixes the products, creating a homogeneous mixture.
