The device includes a wide range of processes - cutting, dispersing and emulsification in vacuum that can also be equipped with direct steam injection technology.
The vacuum cutter consists of an inclined processing vessel. It is equipped with high-speed knives at the bottom of the machine and an additional stirrer.
It's used for preparing following products:
