Homogenizers of this series are equipped with a multi-level rotor / stator unit. During the process, the product passes through the rotor / stator at a linear speed that gradually increases.
Higher linear velocity and multiple mechanical reduction between rotor and stator teeth ensure stable emulsions, suspensions and solutions.
Particle reduction occurs due to the combined milling / crushing effect - which causes cavitation and breaking of intermolecular bonds. The homogenizer has a lower pumping function - if the viscosity of the product exceeds 200 cP, a displacement pump must be used. The output of the discharge pump should be synchronized with the homogenizer to prevent cavitation. Inline homogenizers of the Basic series represent a universal solution.
They can be easily integrated into existing production lines, allowing you to significantly increase the quality and intensity of the processes you perform. Homogenizers can operate with a recirculation tank; the desired level of product homogenization is achieved after several recirculation cycles.
