The honey homogenizer is designed for thoroughly mixing and homogenizing different types of honey, improving its user properties and allowing the whole batch of honey to be certified.
Construction features:Â
The honey homogenizer consists of an horizontal cylindrical vessel with a special steam / water heating jacket (0.5 bar) and a screw stirrer.
The heating jacket is constructed as a Pilow-plate that allows the use of pressure (up to 0.5 bar, including tap water), increases thermal conductivity and eliminates the risk of local overheating. The heating jacket is located over the entire cylindrical part of the homogenizer. A hatch is placed on top of the homogenizer to load the product and also to maintain the equipment. The homogenizer is made out of high quality food grade stainless steel AISI 304.

The system is based on measuring the weight and then filling the honey into the barrels. The AP Series Tensometric Dispenser is designed for high-performance, semi-automatic bulk packaging of honey. honey filler The dosing device consists of a working platform with a strain gauge measuring system, rollers, a dosing system by means of a pump, piping, valves and control system.
Honey pre-melting grid
Optionally installed on the lid of the homogenizer for pre-melting the honey. Heating is provided by water recirculation. Pre-melting can significantly reduce the melting time and the honey homogenization process.
