The VMG S 650P vacuum homogenizing unit can be used for making toothpaste as well as a variety of similar products with complex production requirements.

The VMG S 650P vacuum homogenizing unit is designed for the production of toothpaste, as well as a wide range of similar liquid, paste-like, and viscous products, each having different requirements and conditions for their manufacturing process.

Advantages:

Thanks to the vacuum system ensuring effective air removal and degassing, the resulting product possesses a stable and uniform structure. The airless environment also ensures the absence of any bacteria and other pathogenic microorganisms.

The distinctive hybrid frame shape of the mixing device, characterized by an anchor-type design with Teflon scrapers and a working cutting arc, ensures highly efficient mixing of particularly viscous and dense products. The submersible homogenizer of the type Ultra Shear creates a stable emulsion, while the cavitation processes contribute to the activation of hydrodynamic mixing, ensuring even distribution of components within the mixtures during the processing of high-density products.

The product is introduced into the working vessel through the top lid or the conical hoppers. For precise and efficient dosing, the option of utilizing a tensometric dosing system, along with mixing and a flow meter, is available. Within the vacuum vessel, the product undergoes heating or cooling, mixing, and homogenization. This provides the opportunity to achieve the final product with the desired degree of homogenization.

Basic version

The homogenizer is equipped with a heating/cooling «jacket» and loading cones, firmly attached to the supporting structure. The installation itself is secured to the supporting structure. The vacuum system, homogenizer, mixing device with a special shape and Teflon scrapers, as well as the control panel, are included in the delivery set.

The capabilities of the basic version can be extended through the addition of optional equipment.

Operating principle
 
The product undergoes intensive circulation within the working vessel facilitated by the integrated homogenizer where it is mixed using a stirrer equipped with specially shaped scrapers. The stirrer ensures efficient heat transfer between the walls of the working container and the product.
