The drum mixer is designed for thorough mixing of loose and granular structure without the formation of dead zones and with relatively low energy consumption and short mixing time.
The product is placed in a drum through an opening, where it is carefully and gently mixed by rotating the drum. Stirring is ensured when the product rotates in the drum and rises and falls at a certain angle around its circumference. The mixture is drained through the same opening.Â
The shaft that rotates the drum may coincide with the symmetry axis, and the drum may be designed in various forms depending on the purpose and nature of the product. High quality mixing of the product ensures the blades inside the drum. Safety of operation is ensured by SAFETY PROTECTION. When changing the position of the barrier, the position sensor is activated, which stops the mixer motor and the warning light - safety barrier lights up. The drum mixer can be equipped with heating, vacuum, vibration, weighing or dosing systems.
