Deaerator is used for the removal of air bubbles from the purée.

The air bubbles mix with purée during the pulping. Mixing of air in the purée causes unwanted changes in colour, taste, aroma and further on the formation of a plug in the bottle. 

Deaerator - Main features: 

  • Entirely made of stainless steel.
  • Deaeration takes place in a vacuum container.
  • Equipped with the pump for achieving vacuum in the container.
  • Equipped with a pump at the exit.
  • Level switches in the container to control the pump for liquid inlet and outlet.
  • Looking glass on the container.
